NO PETS

Mad Violette Cottage has steep, curvy, uncarpeted stairs. It is not a good choice for animals of any kind. There are no emergency vets nearby in the event of a slip on the stairs, and owners’ kids have severe allergies to animal dander. There are many pet friendly homes in Serenbe; we encourage those of you traveling with pets to book with one of the other Serenbe homes.

NO SMOKING

Mad Violette Cottage is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY.

REGISTERED GUESTS

The person who books the cottage must be staying in the cottage. No third party bookings, please.

If your other occupants change, kindly notify us before arrival. Chattahoochee Hills licensure law requires that we have the full legal names (verified by copies of drivers’ licenses) of all people staying in the cottage.

OCCUPANCY

The City of Chattahoochee Hills issues short-term rental licenses as a condition to our being able to rent. Maximum capacity for our cottage (as printed on the license) is 4 people. There is a short-term rental violation phone number that neighbors can (and will) call to report parties, noise, and if the cottage is over capacity. Occupancy violations will result in forfeiture of your security deposit and early termination of the stay. We cannot play with this rule, or we will lose our license.

Mad Violette Cottage is an 1100 square foot home, surrounded by close neighbors.

Please see the noise ordinance in the cabinet above the refrigerator, which the City has required that we post.

SHOES

Hikes around Serenbe can get dusty and muddy. You might want to lose your shoes in the side yard or on the front porch. They are safe there!
